CRUSADER ATHLETIC BOOSTER CLUB
Goals and AccomplishmentsFounded in 1988, the Crusader Athletic Booster Club provides funding for the student athletes and the Athletic Department at Carver Middle and High
Schools. Accomplishments
- Four $1,000 Scholarships to graduating seniors each year.
- Payment of athletic fee for students in need.
- Repairs of inside and outside athletic equipment and facilities
- Special awards, plaques and trophies for individuals and teams.
- Funds for teams to participate in sectional, state and regional competitions.
- Building & repair of stadium press box.
- Construction of fence around the track & rebuilding of softball and baseball fields.
- Irrigation of Athletic fields.
- Provide lights for stadium.
- New gymnastic mats.
- Banners for team recognition.
- Purchase of ice machine.
- Building of spectator benches.
- Purchase of track & field safety cage and net for discus.
- New Concession stand Fall 2005
Services
- Concession stand at home games.
- Annual Golf Tournament.
- Summer Cranberry Road Race.
- Game support for all sports, including ticket sales, crowd control, breakdown & setup for athletic events.
- School merchandise – sweatshirts, hats, bags, etc.
We meet on the 2nd Wednesday of the month at 7:00p.m. at the high school. We welcome you to join us. Help us plan for the future. |
